Why Hub Club?
Here at The Parents Hub we are about connecting community – yes we offer great set ups, fun classes and have an awesome space for play BUT our focus is on that old school ‘club’ mentality of meeting regularly, have shared interests and with the purpose of supporting each other through the early stages of parenting.
Our facilitators (all Mums themselves) are here for you to support you, encourage you, cheer you on, be a shoulder when you need one and to help you connect with other parents so that you don’t feel isolated.
Our sessions are similar to ‘playgroup’…. but are so much more and we thought it was time to change it up so that our families know that as much as our sessions are fun, themed and the activities are all for the kids, it’s called ‘The Parents Hub’ because our focus is on making life easier and more enjoyable for the parents.
The CLUB is there to be a home away from home, a place you feel safe and to keep it real with each other.
Our mission of promoting and supporting the wellbeing of parents in our community, being the go-to space for local parents who want to be part of a community and feel supported in their parenting journey and empowering parents (particularly Mums) to thrive in their transition into parenthood is at the heart of everything we do here!
We wish for all of our members to feel part of something more than just a weekly class and instead, a loving community; our club that can be accessed when you need it the most!

Wow can these early years feel lonely.. and it can be so challenging to make friends. You really have to put yourself out there, and what happens when you do meet another parents at the park say and you feel like their your vibe? It can feel so awkward to ask for their number but you might never see them again!!
We feel you.. and really, that’s why the Hub exists.
To help parents in their early years of parenting find their community and connect with other like-minded parents.. and we think we do a pretty good job at it!!
Playgroup and a community like the Hub is important for several reasons:

FAQ
When do enrolments open?
We usually open up enrolments 3 weeks before the term starts (we work in-line with school terms) and you can sign up to our waiting list to be offered enrolments first. We do offer mid-term enrolments if there is room in the session you’re after so please get in touch if you’ve only just found us!
Do you offer casual classes or trials?
No – we have tried this in the past and it just isn’t our vibe. We love to welcome our parents with open arms and just can’t offer the same customer service when trialling or coming casually.
How much is a membership?
Please note that when we refer to a membership it relates to signing up for a term – most of our members stay on for a year, some many years as their families grow! The cost does depend on the number of weeks in a term (in 2024 this ranges from 9 to 11 weeks!) and we do offer additional sessions on the school holidays. Cost per week equates to $20.00 for the whole family (regardless of the number of children you have attending).
Our class duration does vary between 1 – 1.5 hours. The less time the session, the smaller the class and the more involved the facilitator hence, our membership price as of 2024 will be the same. Compared with many other programs and experiences for young children, our price is low. We offer discounts to families who need it and we also offer funded memberships through our charitable gifting (we are not-for-profit and do also hold charity status) – if this applies to you please email us at info@theparentshub.com.au
