A 10 week course to empower Mums with babies, helping you find self-confidence, feel inspired, reconnect with yourself and feel supported in this new chapter of your life.

Sessions are faciliated by life coach and therapist Erin Bourke (Mum of 3) and are based around helping you navigate the first year of your babies life. Walk away each week feeling part of a community, more understood and with a more positive outlook.

Plus free tea and coffee… we promise you’ll get to enjoy it hot!!

Classes are small so you’ll recieve strategies to help improve your current situation as well as make new friends.

Please note: You don’t need to be a first time Mum to attend, just as long as you have a baby!!
