Refund & Missed Class Policy

REFUNDS:
By enrolling as a Member in our classes you are committing to a complete term as specified on the sign up forms.
We do not offer refunds if there is an issue with the service that is outside of our control. i.e change of mind, missed classes due to children being unwell.
No refund will be given where session is missed or for early withdrawal from sessions during the term. Memberships can be transferrable to another family.

 VENUE HIRE:

$50 deposit is non-refundable and FULL hire. 

Booking changes and cancellations must be notified in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to date of hire. Should the required notice not be given, the agreed hiring fee shall be payable. No exceptions. Any and all cancellations will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit.

REFUND OF BOND

All monies received for bond payments will be receipted and banked. Bond refunds will be paid by EFT and made payable to the Hirer named on the application form.The Parents Hub will refund the bond to the Hirer within 21 business days of the Hiring date; once the access card has been returned and bank details received, less any amounts deducted by The Parents Hub to:

a. Repair any damage to the Venue that occurred while the Hirer had access to the venue.

b. If necessary pay to clean the venue to its condition prior to the Hiring Date.

c.Less any cost incurred from failure to comply with security requirements

d.Any security breaches that have occurred

EVENT TICKETS
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
